All over the United States, beach communities have been discovered, improved and appreciated.  On the West Coast, this real estate phenomenon began in Southern California and has been working its way north.  Due to Washington's unique coastline, the beaches here were slow to be discovered.  Now that they have been, our area is gaining national attention for its pristine beaches and quaint marina.
